Journeys All Access is our free loyalty program. Members in Canada enjoy benefits such as free standard shipping on all orders. Excludes Newfoundland and Labrador.
Do members receive free shipping?
Yes. Members of the Journeys All Access program receive free standard shipping (excludes Newfoundland and Labrador). Non-members are charged $7.99, or $14.99 for orders shipping to Newfoundland.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping via FedEx Economy typically takes three to five business days.
Do you offer express or international shipping?
No. Journeys Canada does not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes. Journeys Canada does not ship to Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories. Additionally, we do not ship to international freight forwarding companies or hotels.
