Payment Options
What forms of payment are accepted at Journeys, both in-store and online?
For online orders, Journeys accepts the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Afterpay, Klarna, and Cash Apple Pay
- Journeys gift cards
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express gift cards
When placing an order online, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If verification is unsuccessful, you will be notified at checkout.
For in-store purchases, we accept:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Journeys gift cards
- Cash and debit cards
- Mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay
Please note: We do not accept C.O.D. orders or any gift cards not listed above, including mall gift cards.
